My tracking number has not been updated in a while. What do I do?

If your international tracking number is not updating, this is very normal. USPS can take 1-3 weeks to transport packages to your home country's carrier. If you have not received your package and tracking has not updated after 3 weeks, please contact your home country's local shipment carrier for more details. Sometimes international carriers will hold packages at your local post office, and they need to be picked up. If contacting your local carrier does not work, please reach out to us at

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

What happens if my package gets lost?

We ensure that all our customers receive their orders, no exceptions. If your package is lost in shipping, we will replace it free of charge.

Please note that we cannot replace orders if they are delivered, then stolen. This is to prevent people from falsely claiming stolen goods.

Do you offer returns/exchanges?

We do not currently offer returns or exchanges, as we are still a small business, and the cost of return shipping and restocking is very costly for us at this time.
